Things people ask before they message

Can I pay my child's fees through you?

Yes. We handle school fees and acceptance fee payments, and you'll see the official fee and our fee separately.

Can you promise my child/ward will get admission or good results?

No. Admission and results are decided by the school, JAMB and the exam bodies. What we can do is make sure your paperwork is right.

Will you need my child/ward's login?

For a few tasks, yes: making payments, downloading or printing documents, accepting admission on CAPS and school portal tasks. It's a good idea to change your password once we're done.

What if something goes wrong?

If the mistake is ours, we put it right at our own cost. If we can't, you get your money back.

How much will it cost?

Official fees change often, so we check the current amount and quote you on the day. You'll see the official fee and our fee as two separate numbers.

What if I message late at night?

Go ahead. We reply between 8am and 10pm, so we'll pick it up when we're back.

Still wondering? Just ask.

Tell us what you're trying to do and we'll tell you what you need and what happens next. Asking is free.
